This loaf is perfect for folks who enjoy sourdough bread but prefer the shape of a sandwich loaf. The softer crumb and crust make this loaf perfect for sandwiches and toast! These loaves are made to order and require two days to make and bake.

Ingredients: Sourdough starter (spring water, unbleached all purpose flour, whole wheat flour), unbleached all purpose flour, water, salt, honey, vegetable oil.
